Do we need a house of our own?
Julia, Sebastian and Oscar Steinert are a well-rehearsed team in many ways. You live in a 3-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building in an idyllic small town in the Allgäu. They like their neighborhood and the city center can be reached in just five minutes. Nevertheless, they did not just imagine what it would be like to own their own little house in the countryside. A large garden, a bit more space for Oscar’s toys, a bright eat-in kitchen and one or two more rooms… Of course, it’s a long way from the imaginary castle to the real house, with many hurdles and challenges and therefore not an easy decision.
This is how Almondia helps
Especially with children and a job, the money and time budget is often limited. Added to this is the confusing market of construction companies and offers, which often makes those who want to build despair. What is the best way to start a house building project? Which company can best build what the client imagines? Almondia has an overview of the construction process and the offers from Germany-wide construction companies. Therefore, the Steinert family decided to take advantage of the Almondia all-round care. “With Almondia we have a contact person at our side that we can rely on 100% and who represents our interests with the construction companies without exception.”
For our children
As you can easily guess, the Steinert family ultimately decided on the dream of owning their own home. The decisive reason was the good news of the expected offspring. The need for a second children’s room made it easier for the Steinert family to decide on the home project. Because both Julia and Sebastian Steinert grew up in single-family houses and enjoyed their advantages very much. Therefore, there was no question that the family now want to offer their offspring the luxury of their own house with the birth of their second child. Despite family, work and other everyday obligations, Sebastian and Julia Steinert took enough time to search for the right property and plan their future dream house. They were supported by our Almondia team of experts in every phase and always given good advice. (We have already put together more information on the classic single-family house style for you.)
Buy or build?
Since the construction of a house is known to be a somewhat more complex undertaking and the time budget of the Steinert family is quite limited in addition to work and family, Mr. and Mrs. Steinert first on the housing market. However, the search remained unsuccessful even after several months. The family also came to realize that buying and renovating an existing home is about as expensive as building a new home. The two therefore decided to build their own four walls – according to their wishes. With Almondia, the Steinert family has found a reliable and competent partner who accompanies the entire planning process from the initial ideas through financing to commissioning the most suitable construction company. This allowed the Steinert family to look forward to the planning and construction process in a relaxed manner. Son Oscar was also looking forward to his job as junior builder. Son Bruno is now a few months old, healthy and lively and will soon be able to call a brand new room his own.
